Stamping Sheet Metal

The 2000-ton stamping equipment used for automotive stamping processing is mainly used by our company for stamping and forming large parts such as outer cover parts of new energy vehicles, battery packs of electric vehicles, and energy storage equipment at the shell. Other products such as photovoltaic, home appliance and cell phone are also used for stamping and forming process of continuous large volume parts. Stamping and forming is a relatively traditional process, for the size of hardware parts will use different tonnage of stamping machines. The daily output of pilot type stamping and hydraulic forming is low, while the batch production of hardware parts above one million pieces can break through 100,000 pieces output by using continuous stamping mould production.
