2、Mold opening steps

This can be done with cleaning agents or other appropriate methods. (2) Separating agent coating: Apply a layer of separating agent on the surface of the mold. Release agents help reduce friction and adhesion between the mold and the part, making it easier for the part to separate from the mold. The type of release agent depends on the specific mold and material requirements.(3) Mold opening operation: Place the mold into a mold opening machine or other appropriate equipment. Depending on the type and structure of the mold, use appropriate force or methods, such as vibration, impact, or heat, to release the part. Some molds may require tilting, rotating, or other specific movements to complete mold opening.

(4) Part removal: Once the part is released from the mold, use tools (such as clamps, suction cups or clamps) to carefully remove the part. Care must be taken to ensure that no parts or molds are damaged. (5) Cleaning and maintenance: After the mold is opened, it is crucial to clean and maintain the mold. Remove residues, deposits or other impurities from the separation agent, and repair or replace the mold as necessary.
