Display Car Model

The car chassis model in the flow of oil cars are used in the production method of stamping sheet metal, that is, rapid die stamping molding, and then the stamping out of the chassis parts for welding into a whole car chassis. In recent years, most of the new energy automobile chassis are made by casting, but the cost of casting is too high when making the automobile chassis model, which is difficult to accept by general automobile enterprises. Therefore, we adopt the method of sand mold injection and secondary CNC machining when making the new energy automobile chassis model to process the chassis in one piece. By sand injection casting and then five-axis CNC machining to complete a standard electric car chassis of the real display.
