Die-casting moulds are used more in aluminum alloy parts. The manufacturing principle of die-casting die is close to the manufacturing of stamping die, first with the upper die body and lower die body forging into the rough shape of the die, and then use CNC precision machining out of the product needs of the shape of the mold, and finally a variety of different needs of heat treatment processing to extend the life of the mold.
