Hand model covers metal hand model and plastic hand model. The majority of metal models adopt the oxidation electrophoresis, powder coating and baking paint. While plastic hand model employs more than this process, such as painting with glossy paint and matte paint, glossy paint with UV glossy, PU glossy, conventional glossy spray paint. Our company utilizes Basf paint for high quality hand model appearance. This production also involves electroplating, glossy and matte plating, translucent plating, laser engraving screen printing, CD pattern water transfer printing, carbon fiber paste mold, leather wrapping, one product with multiple colors, and anti-alcohol test paint. We complete a full set of new processes for hand model manufacturing according to the color process requirements provided by customers. Although hand model appear to be simple, it is actually extremely complicated in appearance process production. For example, before surface painting or plating, the appearance of the hand  model is a difficult step to polish. The appearance lines and art lines of the hand model need to be finely polished by professionals, and only if the appearance of the hand model is polished with sufficient precision, the hand model with subsequent table coating will be exquisite.
